Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I totally understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice = Late Cancellation
• No-shows & late cancellations will be charged $20 or 50% of the service — whichever is greater.
If payment isn’t made, the card on file will be charged. If the card declines, payment is required before booking again.
If you’ve missed 2 or more appointments within 6 months, a $20 non-refundable / non-transferable retainer will be required to book. If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show within 24 hours, that retainer will be forfeited.
If these policies can’t be honored, I may not be able to continue booking appointments. Thank you so much for respecting my time and small business. 🤍
